Tec Grill The TEC infrared gas grill is in a class by itself. No other grill cooks like a TEC. It heats up in as little as three minutes and cooks 50 percent faster than conventional grills. That is because a traditional grill cooks mainly by heating the area around the food while the TEC grill cooks with intense radiant heat. The intense heat sears in flavor, eliminates dried out food and the TEC grill cooks evenly, no matter where you put the food on the grill surface. TEC grills are available with a wide range of accessories, including a steamer, deep fryer, rotisserie, woodchip smoker, bar-b-que tray, griddle, even a wok.
